On the week of 26-27-28/10, Pegasus Science was present at the MICOTOXIN TOUR PERU 2022, held in Trujillo, Chincha and Lima. During the week, topics related to new technologies on mycotoxin analysis for mycotoxin risk management were addressed and a practice on corn classification was carried out.
